Avocado and Carrot Dip or Spread

  • 1 carrot, finely gratedavocadocarrotdip
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh Coriander, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 scoops Herbalife F1 French Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Kaitaia Fire (or Tabasco) sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sumac
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • Sea salt (or Himalayan Salt)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop
  3. * Note use less or more of the hot sauce depending on your taste
