- 1 carrot, finely grated
- 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp. fresh Coriander, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 scoops Herbalife F1 French Vanilla
- 1 tsp. Kaitaia Fire (or Tabasco) sauce
- 1 tsp. Sumac
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- Sea salt (or Himalayan Salt)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Mix all ingredients together
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavours to develop
