Energy Balls

  1. Pulse the oats in food processor until fine, place in large bowl
  2. Puree the drained dates
  3. Add oats, and rest of dry ingredients except coconut
  4. Add reserved date liquid and enough cold water to bind to a dough
  5. Place in bowl and knead until smooth
  6. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  7. Take spoonful’s and roll into balls
  8. Roll balls in coconut
  9. Keep in refrigerator
