- 3 Scoops chocolate F1
- 3 Scoops cookies and cream F1
- 3 Scoops French vanilla F1
- 2 scoops 24 rebuild strength
- 2 scoops Personalised protein powder
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup Chopped dates
- ½ cup flax seed ground
- ¼ cup psyllium husks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- Add boiling water to the dates, cook until soft, drain and reserve water, stir dates to a paste, cool
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add enough reserved date water to bind
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up
- Roll into balls
- Roll in desiccated coconut
- Store in refrigerator
