Chocolate Almond Protein Balls

  1. Add boiling water to the dates, cook until soft, drain and reserve water, stir dates to a paste, cool
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and add enough reserved date water to bind
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up
  4. Roll into balls
  5. Roll in desiccated coconut
  6. Store in refrigerator
