Almond Chocolate Macaroons
Makes 20
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Chocolate F1
- 2 cup shredded unsweetened dried coconut
- 1 cup almond meal
- ¼ tsp. ground cardamom
Preparation
- Melt all the wet ingredients in a pan and mix together well.
- Stir in the coconut and almond meal.
- Form dough into small balls and place on a tray.
- Press down with the back of a fork to flatten slightly
- Place tray in fridge and cool for 1 hour or until firm.
