No-Bake Treats

Almond Chocolate Macaroons

Makes 20


  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate F1
  • 2 cup shredded unsweetened dried coconut
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ¼ tsp. ground cardamom


  1. Melt all the wet ingredients in a pan and mix together well.
  2. Stir in the coconut and almond meal.
  3. Form dough into small balls and place on a tray.
  4. Press down with the back of a fork to flatten slightly
  5. Place tray in fridge and cool for 1 hour or until firm.
